how to earn some extra money from your blog

y answer is: “More the Merrier”. The more the number of ads and links, the higher the chance that your reader will click on one of them. Isn’t it logical? Here are at least two good reasons to support this theory.

  1. Readers are not visiting your blog to click on Google Ads or any other ad for that matter - They will click on one if they happen to notice one, and further if they find it of their immediate interest. Aren’t they more likely to notice 1 in 3 than 1 in 1?
  2. Reason no. 2 has already been briefly touched in Reason no. 1 - Do you click on every ad you see on a blog or web page? Assuming you are not senile or have a thing for Adsense, you don’t. You click on an ad only if you find it compelling / promises to take you to a web page or blog that has the information you were looking for. If there are 5 ads instead of 2, isn’t there a higher chance that your reader will be more likely to find one that’s of his liking? Think about it.
You can endlessly argue with me over this. You can accuse me of oversimplifying things. You will point out that it’s not as black and white as that. And I am not going to dispute you - yes, you are right about each one of those points.
